2. Moisturize: The wear and tear borne by your feet each day can result in areas of dry, cracked or scaly skin. Moisturizing too is a must-do for happy feet. Applying moisturizers on the top and bottom of the feet helps them keep soft and prevents them from bad odor, shoe bites, corns and calluses.
3. Wear Comfortable Shoes: Tight shoes can get you shoe bites, hammer toe, corns, ingrown toenails and general foot pain and loose shoes can prevent your heel from settling in the proper place as you walk, causing blisters and calluses, sore heels. Wearing high heels frequently can cause damage to the bones. So, make sure you wear the apt shoes size to maintain good foot health.
4. Walk: the muscles in the feet are like all other muscles that require exercise to stay strong. Since you cannot lift weights with your feet, take a walk to keep them happy and toned. It does not have to be a long walk, but one every day will keep those muscles firm and ligaments flexible.
